Please review our salon policies prior to your appointment with us. By booking an appointment with TBB you are confirming that you have read, and accept our policies.

  • Salons accept customers through booking onlinephone and walk-in50% deposit will be required to secure your appointment when you book online.
  • Vouchers expire 1 year after purchase, are available to redeem on any product or service at TBB and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Please note that removal costs for Gel, SNS, Acrylic and Hard Gel/ Builder Gel are additional.
  • If you want to book for you and a friend, please make two appointments and let us know you are together in the booking notes.
Cancellation Policy and Fee:
 
50% deposit required to make an appointment. 
 
Deposits are non-refundable.
 
No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
 
Any no showscancellations or rescheduling within 3 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the booked appointment. 
 
Late notice cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will involve a fee of 50% of the booking, if we cannot fill the appointment. 
 
We require these fees to be paid before your next appointment with us. 
 
Please ensure you are on time your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete your treatment for you. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy may apply.
 
REFUNDS
 
If you are not happy with the results, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon. 
TBB does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We will endeavour to settle any grievances you may have to the highest of our ability.

COMPLIMENTARY FIXES

If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services. No refund is given after it has been rendered. 

  • SNS dipping powder and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you notice chips or lifting in the first 7 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within 3 days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes.) Repairs after 7 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $5 each. (Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.) 
  • Regular Nail polish services are not guaranteed.
  • We will not be responsible for any breaking or infected nails after you leave the salon.
  • Lash and Brows are guaranteed for 5 days.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS

  • Please thoroughly remove all eye makeup BEFORE coming to your lash session.
Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge a $15 makeup removal fee.
If not pre-booked separately the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from valuable application time.
We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection. 
Arriving to your appointment with makeup residue on the lashes will take away valuable application time. Arriving with dirty lashes will also affect your retention. 
  • We do not fill other technicians’ work, any existing lash extensions done from another salon, you will require a removal and a new set, please book a removal add on also – this is fully chargeable to the client. 
  • Please note that any reactions to eyelash extensions are not foreseeable by TBB skilled and trained staff. Unfortunately, while allergic reactions are very rare, there is always a risk. Whilst care is taken, no refunds will be issued for reactions. TBB will offer a free removal if any reactions occur.
Please contact us immediately if you become aware of an allergic reaction so we can assist you as quickly as possible in the removal of the lash extensions. 
 
INFILL POLICY
 
Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. 
2 weeks infill will need to be no more than 14 days. 
3 weeks infill will need to be no more than 21 days
We do not infill after 21 days. Even if you have excellent lash retention, you still require maintenance every few weeks to keep your natural eyelashes happy and healthy.
 
PATCH TEST FOR EYELASH EXTENSION 
 
If you have never worn eyelash extensions before, we highly recommend you have a patch test.
We will add 5 lashes per eye to see how your eyes react over 48 hours, this is usually booked to take place 48 hours prior to your lash appointment. 
If you do experience any kind of reaction from the tint unfortunately, we cannot carry out the tinting treatment. It’s very important that you inform us that you have had an allergic reaction, as your safety is even more important to us than beautiful lashes
 
LASH LIFT
 
Please thoroughly remove ALL eye makeup BEFORE your appointment.
*A $15 makeup removal charge will be added, if makeup is NOT sufficiently removed before these treatments.
 
MODEL APPOINTMENT 
 
Please be aware model appointment is either for training purposes or new products tested, we are not guaranteed the end results for any model appointment.
